• Senior Policy Advisor to SBA Administrator (Cabinet-level official) and other Senior Officials on key policy issues and projects including the small business economic and credit environment, international trade, corporate tax reform.• Responsible for developing, reviewing, and advising on overall policy options with regard to issues impacting the small business community and the Agency; Manage agency special projects• Facilitate design and implementation of new SBA programs including Small Business Jobs Act provisions, SBA Supply Chain / Manufacturing Initiative, Community Advantage loan program, International Patent Protection, and $90 million State Trade and Export Promotion Grant program, among others• Represent SBA in high level policy meetings / discussions with Agency officials, Congressional leaders, and representatives of the business community and general public; Cross-country outreach including over 20 speeches / presentations Published Work: David D.
