Graduate Researcher
CurrentCollaboratively created with my mentor and industry partners a new machine learning technique to accurately predict surface wave patterns from initial seismic recordings, boosting the MASW seismic method's reliability and output. Delved into making A.I. more understandable and precise for seismic project analysis. Working with Delft University and Fugro, I suggested using medical imaging methods for seabed exploration at wind farms, which could lower costs and give us a clearer picture of underwater landscapes. I've gained hands-on experience with advanced imaging and sound wave mapping techniques. Our team's work has been well-received at international workshops and is on track for publication, with early findings already accessible. I've also put forward a cutting-edge geophysical approach designed for industrial use, setting a new standard for model quality. My work has pushed the envelope in imaging the Earth's surface, offering not one, but two innovative solutions to common industry challenges.
