Created a strategic growth and M&A plan for the Interactive business. Identified and evaluated potential acquisition targets.

Created innovative products and commerce experiences for leading consumer, retail and travel brands. Originally part of Acquity Group, led the Strategy, Marketing and Creative business unit across 3 primary agencies (LA, Chicago and NY). Grew the BU by 50% through org changes and the Accenture Interactive acquisition. Drove a new brand positioning and an AcquityGroup.com redesign. Post-acquisition helped define and drive a new strategic sales positioning for Accenture Interactive.

During my 16 year tenure at Sapient I wore many hats--from strategist to PM to growing accounts and regions. My most recent role was leading the Western region for SapientNitro, prior to this I led the Mid-Atlantic region including the company's largest account for four years. As Sapient evolved, I integrated a breadth of marketing, design and technology capabilities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. I also delivered solutions across the leading marketing and commerce platforms including Adobe, IBM, Oracle and Demandware (now Salesforce).
