I led the business integration of Rubryc into iBio and then supported company leadership in deal making and fund raising strategy

Rubryc integrates biochemistry and computation to discover therapeutic antibodies with unprecedented speed and performance. As CBO, I lead inbound and outbound deal assessment, due diligence, negotiation and execution. I also lead and support M/A and fund raising discussions and contribute to product and platform strategy. In Sept 2022, we successfully sold the Rubryc discovery platform to iBio (NYSE: IBIO)

I took the helm of Herophilus in its fourth year of operation, inheriting a company with 65 employees and bluechip backers including Pfizer Ventures and CRV. Against the head winds of the pandemic, we boldly marched forward and made 2020 our most productive year. Together we signed our first deal with Genentech and generated our first "hit." In 2023, Genentech would later acquire the Herophilus platform

Co-founded and led the company as CEO from 2013 to 2019. Raised $30M+ in capital from top tier VCs including Andreessen Horowitz, TPG, Lux Capital, Xfund and JAZZ Venture Partners. Grew the team to 35 employees while pioneering the global market of consumer neurostimulation with our flagship product, Halo Sport. In 2020, Halo was acquired by Flow Neuroscience

Advised department leadership, Dennis Selkoe and Howard Weiner, on scientific strategy and direction. Supported efforts in fund raising with other Board members. Stepped down in 2020 due to conflict of interest with me taking the CEO role at System1 Bioscience

NASDAQ: NPCE. Early employee reporting directly to the CEO, helped raise $250M in capital and grow the team to 150+ employees. I was responsible for all business development activities including deals signed with multiple neurosurgical tools providers. Early in my tenure, I started leading development programs and soon covered all patient and neurologist facing products (e.g., patient remote monitor, patient controller, and physician programmer)
