• Instrumental in the success of the AA Electronic Flight Bag Refresh Project, harmonizing the EFB solution for Legacy American Airlines, Legacy US Airways, PSA, PDT and Envoy pilots• Primary point of contact for the Flight Department from the technical aspect of the EFB program, including SOTI MDM, DEP, VPP, iOS releases and application deployment efforts• Validated all releases of iOS prior to authorizing the update for the EFB iPad program• Coordinated and executed the release of new applications and app updates for the EFBiPad program• Maintained a close working relationship with the EFB iPad Help Desk, ensuring they havethe tools needed for success• Worked closely with our external business partners SOTI, Apple and Stratix to triage andisolate iOS and EFB related issues

• Part of a team of four that facilitated the staging and deployment of 5,000+ Electronic Flight Bag iPads for US Airways Pilots to use inflight• Answered pilot inquiries regarding EFB iPad hardware and software to resolve user issues quickly and effectively address their concerns• Verified each pilot EFB met the business and technical requirements necessary for use• Worked extensively with MobileIron EMM to ensure Electronic Flight Bag iPads and end user iPhones are configured correctly, also identified and corrected all device issues• Managed Work Order Queue in Magic SDE to follow up with pilots and other end users in a timely manner• Provided exceptional end user support such as triage and/or restoration of Electronic Flight Bag iPads and iPhones for users
