Typical project scopes included dredging, beach restoration, pile driving, sheetpiling, concrete work, foundations, site preparation, earthmoving, excavation, clearing and grubbing, marina construction, piers, docks, breakwaters, jetties, groins, rock revetment, geotextiles, demolition, and underground utilities.

Charged by the Governor to lead competitive sourcing initiatives, develop performance metrics for state agencies, spearhead long-range financial planning, and improve the efficiency of state government. Most significant project was the long-term lease of the Indiana Toll Road for $3.8 billion.
