I am a project manager, business analyst and a software guru.I am comfortable leading a development team and leading a requirements meeting. I am comfortable architecting a software solution and writing the key code myself. I know the software industry, best practices and the development process, but I never stop learning new technologies, new ideas and new approaches.I love a good hard problem, whether it is a technical challenge, a business challenge or an organizational challenge. And I will find a way to solve it practically and efficiently.I am currently the Director of Technology at The Advantage Group.Previously, I was the project manager, team lead and senior software developer at Astley Gilbert, working on the Invitely suite of products.For twelve years before that my partners and I ran DJiNN Software Inc, a successful custom development shop, where some of our clients are The Loyalty Group (Air Miles), Sun Microsystems, PTO Today, Vendorlink.ca and Springboard Management Group.I hold a Bachelor of Science in computer science and in physics from the University of Toronto.
