Federal contractor supporting the Cybersecurity Enterprise Security Audit Trails (ESAT) Program Management Office at the IRS which is responsible for oversight of application audit trail implementation throughout the Enterprise. This includes working with applications on ICD development for the Security Audit and Analysis System (SAAS) providing extensive guidance and interpretation of the governing IRM and NIST 800-53 AU control family. As a SAAS ICD Facilitator review, provide feedback on and approve audit trails prior to production deployment.

As a contractor at the IRS supported the Security branch of the Application Development Program Management Office (AD PMO) as well as the Enterprise Network (EN) organization.

 Created over 70 use-case documents, furnishing test data and data extraction via MS SQL scripts to support client testing of over 1200 test scripts. Liaison between vendor and client in resolution of application issues pre- and post-implementation. Provided daily support for COTS WMS, including ad-hoc report creation, via MS SQL, Excel and SQL Server 2000 Data Transformation Services (DTS), updating web pages using vendor’s proprietary tool, production and UAT server troubleshooting and resolution. Served on numerous cross-organizational teams as warehousing SME during system enhancement feasibility studies. Responsible for hardware troubleshooting and resolution for an interactive voice response (IVR) order entry system written in 'C' with Oracle database (embedded SQL) utilizing voice boards in role as primary analyst.  Project development team member for remote ultra call-forwarding service, responsible for several aspects of life cycle development including system concept, detailed design, coding and unit testing, and implementation.  Developed, updated and distributed an annual SLA between data center operations and client stakeholders.  Established and maintained standard operating procedures utilized by data center operations support.  Created numerous Korn shell scripts to facilitate automation of daily tasks such as file imports and exports, data analysis and file system checks, decreasing need for manual intervention. Provided detailed estimates for client-requested functional enhancements and OS/DB upgrades resulting in on-budget application release rollouts. Designed, coded and implemented multiple enhancements for order entry system ('C' on SCO Unix OS w/Oracle RDBMS and COBOL). Team lead and architect for WMS data import and export interfaces ('C' on SCO Unix OS). Mentored junior programmers and monitored their performance. Project-managed, estimated, designed, coded, tested and implemented several releases of WMS.
