Joined as an Affiliate Dashboard team product manager:- Set up custdev/CJM research for current customers and value proposition research. Found issues with a slow-growing user base because of new users struggled to achieve first revenue and churned. I also gained insights into the mismatch between the perceived value of the product and user expectations- Relaunched referral program: reduced costs by 75% while increasing payments for referral customers from the most profitable segment. Joined Seller Experience team:- My responsibility was increasing the number of new paying SMB sellers.- I worked together with the marketing team to reduce acquisition costs. Led the launch of a brand media/blog for SMB sellers (currently https://www.avito.ru/blog) to create a new acquisition channel- Run custdev/CJM research on the new sellers' activation flow. Discovered that new sellers struggle with creating listings that gain views and don't have clues on how to improve them. That led to their downgrade to lower subscription segments or churn.- I've launched the testing of onboarding scenarios using relevant content from the brand media- Together with the analytics team, I initiated research on the criteria for successful sellers, which led to the creation a chatbot with tips for new sellers. The effect was a +3.5% increase in active sellers with listings

- Increased the conversion rate for mobile app publisher registrations on the platform by 30%- Identified internal issues with advertising formats, whose resolution collectively increased the CTR by one and a half times- In 6 months relaunched the new solution for ad and non-ad mobile app monetization. The main goal was to increase app publishers' conversion to using our mobile SDK in their apps. The beta test showed that conversion significantly increased, but the test's scale wasn't large enough. Further development was stopped, because of company legal issues (not connected with this product).- Run numerous custdev interviews and tests for mobile app monetization solutions: advertising formats (AR, push-notification and rewarded ad mixes, various native formats, etc.) and non-advertising (data, background computations, distributed storage). As a result, only data monetization was successfully launched. Other hypotheses neither weren't proved nor had problems with economic models.
