Additionally, served as the liaison between IT and the company’s financial units to understand/document current business processes and work with appropriate personnel to automate manual processes as well as delivering new applications in response to changing business requirements.Selected Contributions:♦ Project manager for successful upgrade to Dynamics GP 2010 to a remote application environment running on SQL Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008. ♦ Heavily utilized tools such as Modifier, VBA and Extender to expand the scope of the application by creating additional input fields and forms to capture additional information in custom SQL tables. ♦ Managed and developed all interfaces to Dynamics GP from ancillary systems using GP Import Utilities and Integration Manager. Prepared all reports regarding clinical activity for physicians and central administration.♦ Developed and maintained a physician incentive compensation model that incorporated both clinical and academic measurements of productivity in determining bonus awards. ♦ Monitored cash flow of the Department and directed investment of funds while maintaining adequate balances to support operations.
