State Bank of India (SBI) Group is the largest Indian banking and financial services company (by turnover and total assets). SBI has the largest banking branch network in India and provides a range of banking products through its vast network in India and overseas. In this role:1. I owned and managed Microsoft's relationship and business for the State Bank Of India Group and Central Bank of India, including all locations (India & globally), associate banks, regional rural banks, and subsidiaries.2. Architected & executed the largest Enterprise Agreement contract for Microsoft in the India PSU & Banking space3. Successfully turned-around a non-performing transactional business to an annuity growth business for Microsoft, thus transforming Microsoft's relationship with SBI from a transactional IT vendor to a strategic partner

Part of the Microsoft Global Accounts orgnization, I owned the relationship & technology strategy for the TATA Group, a strategic global business for Microsoft. In this role, I got an opportunity to serve a diverse and large global conglomerate, go the extra mile to lead the business in absence of a Global Business Manager, build executive relationships, setup a new business vertical (TATA downstream accounts), and take the business to the next level of sustained profitable growth.As recognition for my work with the TATA Group, I was awarded the coveted “Circle of Excellence – Platinum Club” award.

Part of the Microsoft Services organization, specialized in escalation engineering and consulting engagements for Microsoft application development and database technologies. Co-authored 2 training workshops for Microsoft Services – Advanced Win32 Debugging and Advanced SQL Server Performance Tuning and Optimization. Recognized every year with technology awards for my contribution to Microsoft and its customers

I started as a software development engineer, specializing in Microsoft COM and enterprise application development. Chosen to setup the United States operations in partnership with an Ohio based ISV to deliver a large enterprise solution for a Fortune 200 customer. Led the architecture and development team for this innovative “New Product Development Process” solution using the Microsoft Office System platform, which won the Microsoft Grand Prize Winner for Office 2003 solution contest
