Key Responsibilities•Designed across all phases, from initial to “AS Built” drawings and documentationsconcerning projects implementation• In charge of 3D modeling, and presentation drawings for submittal to governingagencies, land-owners, control committees, various public presentations, as well asfor internal Business owner and CEO• Collaborated with team members in other divisions (Project Managers, DevelopmentManagers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers) to ensure the successful outcome ofall assigned projects

Key Responsibilities• Involved in all phases of the design process including programming, schematic design,design development, construction documents• Responsible for executing documents with design intent & technical quality for variousresidential buildings• Participated in selection of building systems, materials and equipment for projects incoordination with other team members to meet client’s expectations• Responsible for project schedules in conjunction with Project Manager• Attended client presentation and progress meetings to communicate the design intentand review technical details of projects• Conducted on-site observations to determine the progress of the work and generalcompliance with contract documents
