Developed design concepts with focus on site orientation, maximization of existing land features, quality construction, beauty and energy awareness. Managed full project lifecycle including acquisition, design, feasibility, financial analysis, strategic planning, project work- outs and owner representation.Served as a consultant and advisor on multiple real estate development and construction projects in Florida, Colorado and other locations. Consulted and assisted in the concept vision, planning and design, development and implementation on numerous large and small development and renovation real estate projects. Responsible for the restoration, design and expansion (2,700 sf to 6,000 sf) of a significant historical home built in 1937 from street brick in College Park, Florida, maintaining the style, character, craftsmanship and ambiance of the original home. Designed and built a 10,000 square foot home in Colorado appraised at $7 million. Recently re-located to the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
