Christopher Mason Homes was formed as a residential development company in Orlando, Florida. Its first development was a 302-unit luxury condominium community, Lake Pineloch Village, on beautiful Lake Pineloch and Lake Willisara in the downtown Orlando corridor. This magnificent piece of property with two lakes and towering oak trees had been an active orange grove for many years. After carefully and thoroughly assessing the character of the land and the marketplace, we chose to preserve the natural beauty of the site and design an environmentally sensitive site plan around the trees as a central part of our design criteria. Not only would this preserve the trees but, based upon our assessment and studies, we believed it would also significantly improve the desire, marketability, and profitability of the development. In addition, it established Christopher Mason Homes as an environmentally sensitive, innovative, quality oriented and successful horizontal and vertical community residential developer.Representative projects, including Lake Pineloch Village, are: - Lake Pineloch Village in Orlando, FL: 302 condominium homes; recognized with 18 national, regional and local awards and known as one of Orlando's most exquisitely planned and developed properties.- La Vita in Orlando, FL: 152 courtyard villas with amenities including swimming pool and spa, lighted tennis courts and picnic areas.
