Prosecuted thousands of asset-forfeiture cases and forfeited millions of dollars of illegal proceeds for the State of Oklahoma; Successfully defended, at district court and on appeal, the court fund from attacks by bail bondsmen who sought to be excused from paying forfeiture judgments or to have proceeds returned, which saved the court fund hundreds of thousands of dollars; Reviewed and objected, when necessary, to expungement petitions filed in Oklahoma County and worked with the Legislature to draft more common-sense legislation regarding the qualifications for individuals to obtain expungement relief;Advised county officials on a wide-scale range of legal issuesReviewed and objected, when appropriate, to applications for private process server licenses and petitioned for revocation of said licenses;Represented the State in civil commitment proceedings involving those deemed to be a danger to themselves or to others due to a mental illness.
