Working for Ignite I had the chance to work as support and lead designer across all of Avex and Contigo’s product categories. This gave me the opportunity to make significant contributions to many products including water bottles, thermal travel mugs, cold beverage vessels, and assorted product accessories. Created drawings to explore design concepts and communicate product concepts. I built SolidWorks models for rendering, prototyping, appearance models, and hand-off to engineering. I created Product Specification documents used for part texturing and color.I helped to re-imagine and design company-wide product spec format and system. Worked to craft and implemented quantitative and qualitative research programs. I collaborated with marketing, sourcing, and sales to create meaningful market ready products. I worked on many successful projects from concept through production including 2 Red Dot award-winners, 7 design and utility patents, and 5 successful product launches.
