Project Officer
CurrentMain Duties and Responsibilities:1. Assist in Community Driven Development activities including community mobilization, sensitization and awareness creation, training, follow-ups, supervision and monitoring and evaluation of Community Projects.2. Participating in the Participatory Integrated Community Development (PICD) activities and assist target communities in the development of Community Development Plans (CDP).3. Assisting communities in project identification, proposal development, screening, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation.4. Assist in the coordination of capacity building and community empowerment activities at community level.5. Assist in conducting Geo-referencing and mapping activities for all sub projects and upload the information onto the Geo-map database.6. Assist in the administration of Environmental and social screening process of all ECCL sub-project in accordance with the environmental social management framework (ESMF) screening checklist form.
