We are committed to providing homeowners with superior products that make their homes a better place to live and providing a service that delights. •Coordinate large overarching corporate projects for the Esler Sales Organization•Facilitate Esler Sales Training Material discussions and evolving supporting materials – books, presentations, and video/audio recordings.•Create and maintain reports for Esler Sales Leaders that are designed to lead the business and provide feedback to the Project Consultants and their businesses.•Facilitate price increases on 8 offices and respective bonus pool, compensation plans and contract changes •Responsible for Esler Sales Reporting: access controls, auditing of licenses, and creation of customized reporting for Esler Leaders, Headcount reporting and balancing.•Assist in coordination of Top Performers annual trip – qualifications, awards, reporting, and ceremony•Support the behaviors that drive the customer experience with the Esler Sales Leadership team.•Promote/enable the Esler Company culture with every interaction•Assist EVP of Sales with administrative support – scheduling, travel, budgeting and forecasting•Resource for Esler Sales Managers – supporting knowledge, training, creation of process improvements, HR soft skills•Create and run programs, meetings, and events that are effective tools to communicate, encourage, reward, and inspire Esler Sales Leaders.•Where needed, assist with customer issues, managing sales tool inventory, iPad support, and any additional tasks that involve supporting Esler Sales.
