Recruiting Specialist, Supporting Google
Current▷ Full life-cycle recruitment for Google’s Global Business and Cloud Operations, supporting Finance, Communications, Compliance, Audit, Risk, Operations, Procurement, Extended Workforce, Data Centers, and Customer Solutions.▷ Manage staffing requests: intake, validation, and allocation of requisition headcount from department directors, job posting, and requisition management.▷ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of active and passive executive-level candidates through referrals, networking, internal and external databases, contact lists, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other research tools.▷ Collaborate with hiring managers to integrate DE&I considerations into the recruitment process, enhancing diversity and representation.▷ Achieved high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences, consistently meeting and exceeding DEI targets and time-to-hire goals.▷ Support the Project Management Office using Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Methodologies to deliver impactful results.▷ Work closely with senior teams across North America, APAC, and EMEA on various projects to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.▷ Facilitate remote employee engagement meetings with up to 300 team members.
