• Recruited and directed 35-person design and development team (internal + external) to build an award-winning home music device and long-range wireless sensors. Sold >3K devices & systems.
• Product/Engineering: Directed complex engineering efforts including building a custom OS, low-power wireless protocol, high-speed circuit design, and cloud infrastructure for IoT devices.
• Supply Chain: Built devices in US and China. Developed assembly and DTC logistics processes.
• Sales/Partnerships: Executed contracts and led first-to-market integrations with Pandora, Spotify, Skullcandy. Sold industrial monitoring system to world’s largest DTC food distributor.
