A high profile change project impacting 2000+ staff and involving the closure of 4 buildings across 3 sites and the relocation of over 700 people to a new building.Management Information Project - Business Readiness Manager responsible for identifying, developing and owning the business readiness strategy for a Management Information software upgrade. Created and drove the training initiative for 800+ staff, together with the introduction of a user help-desk team, ensuring appropriate business user support from day one of implementation.
