Indoferro is the first Indonesian company engage in production of Nickel Pig Iron by Blast Furnace technology and is in the expansion of its 2nd phase erection to double its capacity through arc-furnace smelter technology. Indoferro is a part of Growthsteel Group, A reputable and long time producer of Iron & steels products.With Growth Steel group, I am in charge of Finance & Administration in 3 companies : PT. Indoferro (NPI Producer), PT. Indocoke Industry (Coke Producer) & PT. Jaya Karya Perdana (Logistic), which include the area of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Costing, IT, HRD, Legal & GA functions.Key objectives of my role are :- to make sure all the companies are in beneficial synergy and yet enhance efficiency to the overall group operations, - to identify from time to time match-to market product costing that will enable and enhance competitiveness of our product to the market flex,- to optimize available resource utilization for the greater beneficial of the company at the high competitive market condition,- to make sure all contracts are performed in conformance to the best fitted of the company's benefit,- to prepare all the necessary relevant to my responsibilities towards company's mid-term & long-terms objectives.
