Having over 25 years of experience in capital markets, I have worked as portfolio manager in Brazil and London before joining Robeco’s team. Today, I am one of the fund managers of Robeco's Global SDG Engagement fund and Emerging Markets Climate Transition fund. Together with my portfolio manager activities, I am also responsible for equity investment analysis in Brazil and Africa. I am a strong believer in sustainable investing, stewardship and impact, and very proud of dedicating my time to funds that carry higher sustainability features in their investment process. I have been active in several study groups, discussions and forums related to sustainable investing, being currently also a member of Robeco's SDG and Biodiversity committees. Likewise, I try to be an active voice within listed companies in emerging markets for best sustainability and governance practices.Since 2018, I have been a board member of The Association of Capital Markets Investors (Amec) in Brazil, an institution that stands for better sustainability and governance practices in the country since its beginning in 2006. Being a mother of 3 kids and living in a country that faces serious climate and nature challenges, I believe that looking at life with sustainability lenses is crucial to assure a safe and promising future for all of us.
