Current•PLC: Wiring & Programming, HMI development, and automated system maintenance and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Festo CPX hardware and software development tools)• Control Circuit Design, Wiring, and Troubleshooting: Practical installation/commissioning expertise. • 2D and 3D CAD, Programming, and Engineering Software: Strong computer skills and experienced with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Proficient in multiple programming languages including Ladder Diagram, Structured Text, Sequential Function Chart, Visual Basic, and C++• Manufacturing: Automated manufacturing processes, technologies, and machine elements. (AC/DC motors, stepper motors, servo motors, conveyor/belt drives, VFDs, microcontrollers, linear/rotary actuators, instrumentation, process control, material/mechanism analysis)• Technical Engineering Drawings and Documentation: Ability to analyze and understand electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.• Industrial Networking: EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, DeviceNet, Festo CPX• Technical Customer Training: Professional experience providing training in the areas of assembly, commissioning, repair, and servicing of automated systems in a variety of manufacturing sectors.• Industrial Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems: Design, control, and troubleshooting.Controls design and integration projects experience with KUKA and GM.*GCCS-1 & GCCH-1 Certified*
