• Reduced the approvals schedule of a scope of work by three months (a 50% reduction) via the scope change process for the Brockman 2 Extension of Life project
• Realised approximately $10M worth of savings (a 30% cost saving) on the Brockman 2 Extension of Life Project through further scope definition and negotiation with construction contractors and suppliers
• Completed the installation of five overhead cranes on time and within budget by reducing the scope by two cranes that were identified as being not required at Paraburdoo Mine Site
• Delivered an 84 room expansion of Paraburdoo’s Rocklea Palms fly in fly out camp on time and within budget to meet the deadline of the implementation of a new roster
