Job ResponsibilitiesConstruction/Operations/Maintenance/Safety related activities for Retail outlets, depending on the job requirements.• To familiarize and have good knowledge of applicable National/International codes/practices/standards for Construction, Safety, etc .• To supervise construction activities at Retail outlets.• To handle inspections of Retail outlets or assist HPCL officers for the same.• Any liaisoning, coordination, project related works as assigned by HPCL from time to time.• Coordination with consultants appointed by HPCL.• Coordination with Statutory Authorities.• Further any follow-up works and representation work as specified from time to time need to be taken up.• Implementation and maintenance of Automation at Retail outlets.• To assist HPCL Officers in Purchase/Procurement related activities.• MIS activities• Assist HPCL Officers in Fixed Asset reconciliation and fixed Asset Disposal• Inventory Management• Assist HPCL Officers in Maintenance/Repairs and AMCs at Retail outlets and Office premises.• Assist HPCL Officers in the implementation of any new initiatives.• Any other work assigned by HPCL pertaining to Retail Engineering from time to time.

CLASSIC ATTA CHAKKI manufactures and supplies superlative quality flour mill machines and services to all our India.Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Knowledge of eCommerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata CliQ, Meesho, Ajio, Google business etc., and various other online portals• Listing/uploading of catalogs/products on eCommerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata CliQ, Ajio etc. • Inventory management on the eCommerce portal and on our brand website• Data analysis on competitive products and competitors to make recommendations and ensure the competitiveness of prices compared to other sellers• Content/title optimization to improve visibility and traffic to increase sales• Create and maintain content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, and products prices on the site are correct, updated, and in line with the policy• Monitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces and websites and Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders• Coordinate with Logistics/Couriers Partners and Vendors on a daily basis and ensure timely processing of orders• Knowledge of Amazon FBA and Flipkart FA• Knowledge of Brand Store on various online portals• Knowledge of updating offers for sale on various online portals and create implementing tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market• Evaluate technical specifications of the product portfolio and ensure product quality levels are maintained on a regular basis• Knowledge of Payment reports and payment reconciliation• Monitoring overall account health, and performance, and directly resolving any issues that may arise• Good communication skills and knowledge of all eCommerce business• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. and know email etiquette• Knowledge of SEO/SEM/Social Media Digital Marketing
