BENZOCARE investigates the accessibility of mental health and addiction care in Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia) for persons with a substance use disorder related to benzodiazepines and Z products, from the perspective of the patient and health care providers.

Performs specimen processing in a safe, accurate and professional manner. Prepares various specimens for analysis while maintaining positive patient identification throughout the preparation process. Operates a variety of manual and automated laboratory and office equipment and programs. Performs order entry and retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.
