CurrentKey Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition:- Conceptualize, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across diverse platforms to drive robust growth and meet performance targets in collaboration with internal teams and partners.- Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance ROI and conversion rates, while identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities within the digital landscape.- Harness consumer behavior insights to refine strategies, uncover trends, and capitalize on growth opportunities.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):- Analyze user journeys, email performance, and website landing pages to enhance conversion rates and elevate campaign effectiveness.- Implement rigorous A/B testing and employ CRO techniques to drive superior results and elevate user experiences.Email Marketing:- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, optimize conversion rates, and foster long-term customer engagement.- Employ advanced segmentation strategies and personalized content to drive maximum engagement and retention.Review and Reporting:- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure performance and inform strategic decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration:- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align growth initiatives with brand and organizational objectives.- Share insights and collaborate on campaign enhancements to drive continuous improvement and maximize performance.
