I worked as an Inbound and Outbound Call Center Agent for 1.5 years and as a Home based ESL Trainer for 3 years. I've also worked as a Virtual Assistant for 8 months, 5 years as a Case Manager for a medical records retrieval company and is currently working as a Customer Care Representative for an answering service company. My job experiences helped me hone my skills on customer service, telemarketing, research and administrative support. Managing my own Facebook online shop also utilized my skills on social media management. I was also assigned on various tasks such as flyer designing, lead generation, article and document writing, both inbound and outbound calling, researching, email management and WordPress editing.My skill set, experiences and the tools that I've used might not be the perfect match for ALL of the qualifications you’re looking for at the moment but through the internet, anything can be learnt now,and that's another thing that I'm good at, reading and learning new things in aproductive way.
