I worked as an Inbound and Outbound Call Center Agent for 1.5 years and as a Home based ESL Trainer for 3 years. I've also worked as a Virtual Assistant for 8 months, 5 years as a Case Manager for a medical records retrieval company and is currently working as a Customer Care Representative for an answering service company.
