Provide sales support to field Account Executives through responding to RFPs, writing proposals, and client visits. Finalize contracts by writing scope of work definitions for Custom Content projects – instructor-led training, web-based training, mobile training, and game-based training – valuing approximately $1.5 million per year. The collaborative process may include discussing user experience ideas and using fast prototyping to gain agreement.Lead consulting engagements to collaborate with clients in order to understand their business challenges, gather client content, map serious gaming logic, and design learning outcomes. Planned the projects beginning with scope definition, creation of a work plan and project schedule, and formalize the objectives and measures that the projects were evaluated against.Executed projects against the agreed to schedules, made adjustments to scope and schedule based on changing project requirements. Controlled the project with formal project status reports and regular status communication including resource allocation and spend against budget.Ensured project deliverables were on time and met the deliverable definition. Validated deliverables met the quality standards established at project commencement.

Developed web-based training courses for clients using JavaScript, ColdFusion, and XML based on client specifications.Specialized integrating elearning courses with various learning management systems using SCORM and AICC specifications, including onsite visits to client sites to troubleshoot issues.Tested and debugged Java Applets and their SQL calls to Oracle and Microsoft SQL Sever databases.
