David is President of Rainwater Management Solutions (RMS), which was formed in 1998 in Salem, Virginia to address rainwater conservation and management and sustainable water applications and practices.David has 22 years in healthcare consulting, marketing, and sales in addition to his experience in residential and commercial construction. David is the current President of the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA).David is a strong advocate of water conservation and management. As such, in 2001, he lobbied the Virginia House and Senate for passage of the first rainwater harvesting legislation in the United States, Texas followed suit in 2002 with a similar bill. During 2002 and 2003, David worked with the Virginia State Health Department to rewrite grey water laws.Most recently, David spoke at Environment Virginia, held at the Virginia Military Institute. He lectured on the environmental benefits of rainwater harvesting. Many local and state political figures were in attendance. David has given talks at Hollins University, Radford University, United States Green Building national conferences, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University,
