Current- Onsite support with Laptops - Build new Hire laptops - Refresh Laptops on a yearly cycle - Software support for Users- Rotation of after hours support- FPOC support for users- First line of support for office Printers- Point of contact for Teir 2 and 3 printer support for the office- Help with onboarding new users to KPMG- Teir 2 support between Users and other IT Specialtist
