Summary: Reporting to the CMO, I was responsible for driving the creative and strategic direction of the company's brand and design initiatives. In this role, I integrated Web Marketing into my purview and guided the newly combined team through the first comprehensive visual brand refresh since the company's 2016 rebrand.• Led my team in the scoping, research and execution of a revitalization plan that brought cohesion to the absolute brand after the recent acquisition of NetMotion.• Created a scaleable, consistent visual brand framework for creatives to work from, positioning the team for agility and growth• Launched a completely redesigned web experience in the first quarter of 2023• Delivered complete redesigns of 40+ pieces of core collateral and 60+ redesigned case studies in both web and PDF formats • Led my team in the design and delivery of multiple newly branded campaigns and reports along with display ads, video, email and social support• Redesigned our Asana instance to increase efficiency and provide an improved experience for internal customers • Worked closely with the Communications function to support analyst relations, investor relations and employee engagement through monthly town halls and annual company kickoffs Absolute was acquired by private equity in the second half of 2023.

Summary: Led a small creative team in providing design support for a growing suite of products and was instrumental in the company’s first major rebrand.• Played a key role in the company’s first major rebrand, collaborating with a branding agency and senior leadership in a project that saw the rebrand of the logo, products, messaging and ~400 assets from every part of the business.• Directed the creative team in delivering print and digital design support for over 10 global markets, maintaining brand consistency and supporting product launches. • Initiated the first project management systems for creative projects and requests (Basecamp then Zendesk), resulting in more streamlined workflows, enhanced team productivity and reporting.
