Recruited to build and lead the corporate marketing group, reported to the CEO, managed a budget of over $1.5M and a team of 6 people, and oversaw the marketing activities in all of North America and Europe. Formed the marketing team, including roles & responsibilities, processes, performance dashboards, and the launch of new marketing programs (online demand generation, brand exposure – public and analyst relations – online and offline events – user conference, etc.). Positioned Nstein in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, increased number of online and offline events by 250% while decreasing overall cost by 67%, increased lead generation by 160%, and performed a full re-branding / re-messaging / re-design.

Created and managed the online acquisition and retention programs for the 7 lines of business of Mediagrif, with a budget of over $500k and a team of 4 people. Launched the first email and pay per click programs, increasing lead generation by over 92% and sales by 35%. Managed over 700 email campaigns per year and developed all the tools, processes and performance dashboards around online marketing programs.
