• Predicted PPT’s actual receipts with 99% accuracy in FY15 and FY16, and 96% accuracy in FY17, when PPT experienced peak historical demand of 19.6 million applications.
• Currently overhauling PPT’s strategic plan for FY19 through FY21. Developed an outline of PPT’s goals and objectives based on the previous strategic plan, guidance from senior leadership, as well as input from PPT’s.
• Overhauled PPT’s program structure, reducing the number of programs from 27 to three. The previous program structure was far too detailed to budget effectively or set realistic goals, and did not include the issuance.
• Designed and oversaw a process to identify, track, and de-obligate more than 1,000 unliquidated obligations, returning $33.7M to the Bureau’s operational account.
