CCAI, by bringing together Congressional and governmental leaders, is a catalyst for legislative and system change on a macro level for children without families. As a non-profit, CCAI works in partnership with the Congressional Coalition of Adoption, the largest bicameral, bipartisan U.S. Congressional Caucus and Congressional leadership in the U.S. Congress.
