46 years of general aviation related work experience. Holder of a commercial pilot license and IFR rating since 1966 with a total of 4,600+ PIC hours in a variety of single and twin-engine aircraft. I've enjoyed a long association with some very talented co-workers in support of numerous general aviation clients. My work background includes sales, marketing and advertising management roles for two industry leading aviation electronic manufacturers, co-founder of two general aviation focused advertising agencies and a senior-level marketing and advertising management position at the world's largest aircraft owner and pilot organization. In 2006 following seven years with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) in Frederick, MD I semi-retired, returned to the Kansas City area and launched a totally independent general aviation marketing, advertising and media relations consulting service. I retired in 2012.
