As well as supporting individuals and teams live in their businesses to strengthen their leadership and influence how they lead international, national and small entrepreneurial companies, I have run numerous leadership and coaching/mentoring learning programmes - many at ILM diploma level. As an external coach, coaching and mentoring trainer and coach supervisor I support the development of coaching as a way of leading in organisations. I served 2 years as an elected governor for the non profit EMCC UK which seeks to promote good practice in coaching and mentoring.In doing what I encourage others to do, I have taken my passion for learning/coaching into the water sports arena where I am a part time professional yacht skipper (sail and power) for private charters and teaching RYA and ASA sailing and RYA power boating courses.
