I have a commercial, industrial and legal background, having managed and advised a wide range of businesses through various life cycle stages from concept to closure. For the last nine years I have manged corporate insolvencies and restructuring, working with business owners and creditors to achieve positive outcomes.I started my professional career as a credit litigation lawyer, dealing with companies and people in financial difficulty. I then managed and owned a successful mass production engineering company. I also have experience in construction, property management, retail, importing and marketing. Working as a restructuring and insolvency professional has provided detailed insight into the management of over 150 companies across a range of industries, including automotive, forestry, construction, retail and hospitality. The above knowledge and experience provides me with the tools and empathy to engage with and advise business owners, employees and stakeholders, through change in stressful circumstances.
