My duties with Goodwill are to help displaced workers seek further education or to help them find gainful employment after they had been displaced with the closing of their former working facility.As a WIA Case Manager I make contact with prospective participants and inform them about the different programs used in Wisconsin to help with re-employment. If needed, I schedule appointments to meet with individuals and guide them through the processes used by the state of Wisconsin. I enroll individuals in the Workforce Investment Act program utilizing the State of Wisconsin Asset database. I schedule basic assessment tests for individuals in order to establish a baseline for his/her prospective education. I also maintain folders on participants that are kept current in order to comply with state and federal regulations and I maintain contact with participants to help their transition into school or another working position.

I diagnosed automotive computers down to the component level. I was also involved in creating Microsoft Access Databases for Industrial Engineers, computer helpdesk situations, training, software etc.

My responsibilities were to diagnose down to component level failed automotive computers. I was also an Engineering Liaison in charge of maintaining Microsoft Access Databases and provided helpdesk type functions as wellPerformed tasks associated with the test and repair of equipment including disassembling and reassembling components after repairing and replacing parts. Inspected equipment and evaluated performance. Managed Microsoft Access Databases as they related to the production floor I have provided Help Desk functions to individuals in need. As part of my duties I diagnosed computer software and hardware issues. Created displays used in conjunction with production operations in order to save the company lost time and money.
