As a former Vice President of Solution Delivery at O'Neil Digital Solutions, I led a global software engineering team of 100 onshore and 200 offshore (China and India-based) members to develop and maintain innovative SaaS products and business solutions for projects valued up to $25M. With over 20 years of strategic leadership in technology, I have a proven track record of driving innovation, scalability, and efficiency across diverse industries and domains.Prior to O'Neil, I spent 20 years with Accenture, helping clients with complex, transformative initiatives and programs in a variety of roles. My biggest lesson has been that the challenges we faced are rarely unique to a particular industry, and that technology could be a factor in organizational change, but when the rubber meets the road, it’s the people and how we guide them through the change that will be the measure of success of a program. My core competencies include software engineering, project planning and delivery, platform migration, business transformation, and process re-engineering. I have extensive experience in applying agile methodologies, customer relationship management, and people management and training to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion for technology to create impactful and transformative solutions that solve complex business challenges and create value for stakeholders.Some fun facts: I grew up in Indianapolis and got hooked on Indy car racing at an early age. My love of auto racing has grown to include NASCAR, Formula 1 and doing a little bit of racing myself. In 2023, I took the trip of a lifetime and attended a racing school in Belgium at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. I also love billiards and compete in the American Poolplayers Association, which culminated recently into a trip to Vegas to compete in the national championships in 8-Ball. Our team did not advance after round 3, but I learned a lot from the experience and look forward to my next opportunity to do better.
