With more than 15 years’ experience as a NED and more than 25 years’ experience as an investment, mergers, acquisitions and capital market and financial management adviser and chartered accountant I am enjoying the opportunity and challenge to apply these learnings and deep experience to my board and committee roles. In addition to non-executive board and committee roles, I also provide financial and strategic assistance to established businesses in relation to acquisitions, divestments and to start-ups in relation to strengthening, growing and transforming their businesses As a life learner, I am driven by understanding the unknown and focus on working with inspired people to help them achieve worthwhile change, including in my current roles around diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and ensuring environment and social sustainability. In my current director and advisory roles, I am assisting/ leading the review and adjustment of strategy in response to changes in external and internal elements, chairing boards, finance, audit, risk, investment, governance, remuneration and nomination committees and leading CEO and board recruitment. My bottom line is doing what works best for internal and external stakeholders and keeping ahead of the curve and making a true impact for better. I am Interested in further roles in superannuation, funds/investment management, financial services, aged care, healthcare including allied and mental health, hospital management, technology, infrastructure and property sectors and fledgling businesses.
