Lead, coach and manage a team of 13 sales professionals to drive new business sales in to law firms across a complex portfolio of solutions. Present, forecast, and deliver sales and revenue growth to executive team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Manage a $2.7M book of business and develop specific metrics to consistently performance manage and measure team results daily. Conduct weekly coaching sessions on the following: Lexis products/systems, time management, pipeline management, sales training, negotiation strategy, and solution selling. I am responsible for growing, acquiring and renewing business for LexisNexis and demonstrating strong product knowledge. I focus on client management and relationships, including C-Level relationships with top industry clients. Additionally, I'm responsible for internal and customer training. I work closely with over 350 representatives that I oversee in inspiring each one of them to be successful in the demonstrating the power of CourtLink.

My responsibility is to effectively impact my clients offices in the 1-2 Attorney Market by taking a consultative approach in working with attorneys and helping them integrate solutions into their practice that lead to successful litigation and more efficient transactional processes.
