As a Vice President and Mortgaged Originator, I was responsible for originating mortgage loans from generated leads within my assigned branches and developed my own network of builders, realtors, CPA's and Attorneys for mortgage referrals. Some of my key accomplishments:✔ Was "Rookie of The Year" runner-up in retail in Florida with production of 21 million in 2006. ✔ Was promoted to Team Lead in 2007 with the responsibility of leading and supervising 5 other mortgage originators; while producing a goal of my own of 25 million in production. Total production for the team goal exceeds 145 million per year. ✔ Responsible for ongoing marketing and sales calls to new sources to develop additional sources of business. ✔ Oversaw all hiring, annual reviews and assisting other lenders with questions or training to develop a better originator.

As Vice President, I was responsible for all aspects of producing indirect automobile loans, with an average monthly goal of $33.7 million, or annual goal of $404 million and I supervised 5 lenders, which covered 8 counties in Florida and two areas in Alabama. The counties included Brevard, Volusia, 6 counties in Northwest Florida Panhandle and Mobile and Dothan Alabama. Responsibilities included business development. Some of my key accomplishments:✔ Monitored lending guidelines with lenders to achieve goals that were set annually. ✔ Reviewed loans of lenders that fell outside policies and rehashed deals with dealers as necessary. ✔ Led ongoing training meetings with team to assure we maximized our production while maintaining spread on portfolio of 1.75% or higher. ✔ Developed dealer relationships with monthly sales calls and accompanied lenders on sales calls to help build their sales skills. ✔ Sold other bank services and products to any potential customers.

As Vice President, I managed all aspects of this full service branch and was active in producing applications for secondary mortgage market, along with in-house mortgages under $100,000. Some of my key accomplishments:✔ Reviewed and approved all consumer and small business loan requests under $100,000. ✔ Involved in ongoing CRA program for community, including special loan and deposit products; created and supervised Indirect Loan Department; recommended to senior management products and/or services that would boost bank's ROA and ROE; and served on Internal Loan Committee for requests of $100,000 up to $250,000.✔ Led operations to increase branch assets by $2.5 million in three years; also turned around location from a loss position to show a profit in the second year of my employment.✔ Ranked first in mortgage development for two consecutive years and ranked first in a business development contest under my management.✔ Effectively managed Indirect Loan Department to have $6 million in outstandings in one year --despite operation on a part-time basis. Department continued to grow until my departure, averaging $1 million in monthly growth.

As Assistant Vice President, I managed a $142 million indirect loan portfolio, dealer floor plan lines of $32 million and a leasing portfolio over $19 million. Some of my key accomplishments:✔ Responsible for new business development; presented floor plan requests and renewals to loan committee; presented indirect rate recommendations to senior management. ✔ Managed 12 lenders.
