Started as a hobby VoIP project, designed mobile app product, created business model. Scaled business from 100 to 18M downloads, 2.5 MAU. Led marketing, business development, product, data analytics efforts, hired all key positions.Negotiated and sold Talkatone to Ooma Inc in 2014. Joined Ooma executive staff, reported to CEO, worked on Ooma IPO investment thesis and helped to take the company public. Was responsible for revenue generation business unit.

Technical co-founder, designed and implemented technical stack of the web-based resource which helped recruiters discover and engage talent by sourcing across the web and creating composite profiles.TalentBin was acquired by Monster in 2014.

Joined a small 30+ company as a server-side software engineer. Worked on multiple products/projects with great startup engineers, smart product folks and amazing marketing to help to shape this.Responsible for R&D, N-tier application design and development, technology prototypes. Implemented multiple key products intended to achieve main goals - usage, growth and revenue generation.Led the development and scaling of LinkedIn Company Profiles/Search/Graph.Redesigned and scaled Linkedin Address Book, Groups, Answers.

Designed and/or implemented multiple consulting and in-house projects/products. Introduced the concept of Java/XML/SQL rapid projects development. Initiated and drove the development of the corporate Java Components framework which helped to produce a robust, high-quality set of projects and products precisely on schedule. Introduced multifunctional code, script and property Java-based generators for rapid development. They produced about 75% of the code for any given project.
