Led a team located in the US responsible for sales and the business development strategy for two DMR partners with offices in the US and Canada. Presented at sales events and managed relationships with executives. Specific responsibilities included sales results, opportunity management, marketing activities, and partner training.

Recruited B2B Value Added Resellers (VAR) to sell Dell storage, servers, and networking. Created and implemented marketing events and programs for Dell EqualLogic storage solutions. Presented at customer events and trade shows. Managed channel pipeline including business development strategies, special bid pricing, and competitive threat response.

Recruited, trained, and directed inside sales teams located in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal. Teams managed day-to-day relationships with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies, and Ontario Public Sector and Federal Government. Implemented national strategy and created a national telesales team to prospect Small and Medium Business customers. Responsibilities included e-Commerce sales, national sales strategies, and incentives with vendors. Directed cash flow and prioritized account activities while company operated under the Company’s Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA).
