Trusted to maintain confidentiality of records and unit documents, Identify areas of improvement and multiple practice solutions. Ability to multitask and govern several projects at once is foundational to the role. Lead and develop soldiers beneath you not only professionally, but educationally. Through open communication and counseling sessions provide areas of growth and acknowledgement of success.

While interning at Southwestern Medical Center as a Practice Manager I had the opportunity to be trained in multidivisional clinics ranging from Primary Care to Specialty.
