Another took a manual process taking 24 manhours down to 20 minutes.   • Covered vacancies of Reps missing from the AE3007 program. Then trained the 6 replacements.

  • Developed and monitored the work scopes of the engines along with providing the normal technical support and interface between various airlines, TAESL and Rolls-Royce. Monitor the $300M plus budgets used to run these.

  • Justified working of a Technical Variance on $300 part with design to avoid a work stoppage in the coming 6 months.
  • Developed Excel Macros to reduce workscoping time by 12 man-hours per workscope on the digital data provided by the airlines-Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters (regulatory requirements).
  • Tracked a savings in one year of $1.9 million by reducing COP, workscoping and following the agreed scheduled repairs.
