I lead Teacher Trainings in the world-renowned and beloved Music Together method, guiding trainees to a deep understanding of early childhood music education, teaching techniques, curriculum, program philosophy, and song-leading methods.

➢ Recruiting, training and ongoing mentoring a teaching staff of more than ten teachers, nurturing their skills and growth as music experts; apprenticing and guiding new teachers in readiness for the classroom. ➢ Problem-solving sensitive issues with families, staff, and business relationships; Clearly articulating policies, goals, and objectives. ➢ Effectively built small grassroots program into a large, well-respected institution that continues to grow and thrive in a competitive marketplace. Eastside Westside Music Together has served over 30,000 families on the Upper East and West sides of Manhattan since its inception. ➢ Administration of Music Together Preschool program in four private preschools in New York City serving over 300 children weekly; working towards bringing Music Together Preschool program to more schools in New York City, particularly the upper west and upper east sides. Nurturing and developing relationships with neighborhood preschool programs through families, auction support, and direct communication.

ArtStrides seeks to empower local communities by providing an avenue for growth through developmentally appropriate arts-based programming that fosters social, emotional and cognitive development. With a focus on at-risk families, ArtStrides will promote family and community connections by encouraging participation by all.

➢ As an Associate Teacher Trainer I work with Teacher Trainers at Music Together trainings around the country, teaching curriculum, program philosophy, leading demonstrations, and evaluating trainees for teaching readiness. ➢ As a member of the Preschool Advisory Board, I advise and discuss issues relating to the Music Together Preschool program, from curriculum to production of support materials for Music Together teachers and directors as well as potential products for public use. ➢ As a Skills and Songs Workshop Leader, I work with registered Music Together teachers throughout the country on skills relating to the classroom, in addition to song development and presentation of curriculum materials. ➢ As a member of the Video Production Team for Music Together LLC, I work with a team to create training and marketing videos, from script writing through the editing process, including on screen and voice over work.➢ Effectively and enthusiastically present interactive sessions at conferences nationwide relating to early childhood music and movement activities and developmentally appropriate practice in early childhood, teaching tools and techniques to early childhood educators on how to integrate music into the classroom and how music learning supports all learning.
