• Provides clinical & administrative supervision to a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) team consisting of Case Managers, Peer Specialists, & Substance Use Counselors in support of over 250 Clinic participants.• Conducts crisis management sessions to help participants regain equilibrium & strengthen coping mechanisms. • Partners with interdisciplinary team to provide wraparound services to participants.• Trains & supervises PRS team in providing person-centered support to facilitate achievement of participant goals, including recovery, finances, housing, & employment.• Collaborates with management team to plan & run weekly multi-disciplinary meetings to review treatment for participants with increased risk.• Provides weekly psychotherapy to 5 participants, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provided clinical & administrative supervision to 4-6 Case Managers who each carried a caseload of 16-24 unhoused individuals living with mental illness & substance use.• Trained & managed Case Managers in generation & maintenance of accurate, thorough client documentation, including Psychosocials, Case Notes, & Independent Living Plans.• Worked with management team to formulate & implement safety protocols for staff & clients during COVID-19 pandemic.• Assisted in opening Harmonia, a family shelter in Manhattan servicing over 300 individuals.
