I have worked as an Executive/Commercial Assistant in the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service Office of the U.S. Embassy in Venezuela where I provided administrative support such as scheduling meetings, keeping calendars, handling travel and logistical arrangements, and coordinating events. I also served as a Non-Immigrant Visa Assistant where I managed the flow of visa applicants and the associated date entry, document printing and assembly functions of the visa paperwork. In the past, I served as the Office Administrator at the Bethesda Country Day School in Bethesda, MD. I was the “Director of First Impressions” as I was one of the first people the parents and children saw upon entering the building.
